CLEW should show the official source, jurisdiction, effective date, fee, uncertainty, and owner of every operational path. A polished answer without that chain is not enough.
Try to prove ourselves wrong.
Before a consequential release, CLEW asks what observation would falsify the claim, tests the failure path, and preserves the strongest contrary evidence. Mission language is never a substitute for proof.
Correct without hiding.
Rules change. Systems fail. People make mistakes. CLEW should stop a stale path, identify what changed, preserve the prior record, correct the system, and explain the effect in language an affected person can understand.
Create lawful precedent.
Incumbent pricing and corporate convention are not the ceiling. CLEW is built to challenge avoidable tolls and bad systems through evidence-rich, user-controlled, lawful work—not by pretending that a public purpose creates immunity from accountability.
